I wrote in my Welcoming and Wandering Substack today about self-care strategies during this busy month. One of which is simply getting outside, no matter the weather. Here’s a few more photos from my jaunt to the woods–a walk in the snow always recalibrates me.

I love how this fallen tree looks like some sort of modern art sculpture.

 

The main path through the woods was well traveled by cross-country skiers.

 

Even weeds can be pretty in snow.

I also managed to get the Christmas tree up. Women are the Christmas magicians.
